Our services:

We have many different options for you to choose from:

• If you fall in love with our fun, whimsical and girly designs, you can purchase the dress from us in either standard size or custom-made size. We will charge extra for plus size (from size 18 onwards). We also charge extra for modifications from the original designs as well (for examples if you want to add more sleeves to the dress or have a different colour, neckline, back and length)
• If you see a dream dress you really love somewhere else and want us to make a replication of the dress, please contact us on customerservice@destinychic.com.au or send us a message through our Facebook page with the photo references and requirements of the dress, our chief designer will get in contact with you within 24 hours to discuss how to make the dress for you and send you a price quote.
• We also have a wide range of unique and amazing fabric with top quality which we would love to turn into amazing dresses for you. So if you like a particular fabric, you can get in contact with us again via customerservice@destinychic.com.au or send us a message through our Facebook page, our chief designer will get in contact with you within 24 hours to discuss how to make the dress for you and send you a price quote.
• If you want to a have a fully-custom-made dress, with a design you have in mind and you cannot find anything in our shop which matches your vision, you can get in contact with us again via customerservice@destinychic.com.au or send us a message through our Facebook page, our chief designer will get in contact with you within 24 hours to discuss how to make the dress for you and send you a price quote.

Timeline of completion:

Due to the nature of the custom-made dresses, we have various timelines to complete a dress.

If you order our own designs: it will take from 5-9 weeks for us to complete the order.

If you order a fully custom-made order depending on the complexity of the dress and the available of the fabric, it will take from 4-12 weeks for the dress to be completed. We highly recommend you to get in contact with us a few months in advance for your bridal outfits.

If you need an urgent order before 4 weeks, please contact us and we will sort it out. We charge $35 for rushed order.

Shipping:

We only use the most trusted freighter such as DHL, Fedex, UPS and TNT so the shipping is really fast and reliable. We only charges you whatever amount these companies charge us. Usually shipping charge depends on the weight and the dimension of the parcel.  
Fedex, UPS and TNT usually take 4-5 working days to reach you

DHL will take 3 days and more expensive than other services so you can upgrade your shipping service to DHL if you want to.

Custom-made procedures:

1. The customer contacted the Destiny Chic team about their requirements via customerservice@destinychic.com.au or Facebook mailbox of https://www.facebook.com/destinychicshop/
2. The customer can decide whether they want a new dress made from scratch or add modifications to an existing design or just the same design with the dresses we have. If the shop has the fabric the customer needs, photo references of the fabric will be provided for the customer to select or approve the use of it. Please notice that there might be a difference between the photo and the real color of the fabric due to different camera and monitor settings and the shop member can only describe the color to the customer in his or her opinions, the shop member cannot be responsible for misleading if the color doesn’t turn out to be as the customer’s expectation.
3. Customer can choose to pay upfront or a deposit for the dress. If the customer chooses the deposit option, the rest will be paid upon completion of the dress.
4. The customer will be given a photo update when the dress is completed before shipping so they know how her dress looks like. If the customer needs any changes to be done to the dress, please inform the shop member straight away so the fixing can happen before shipping.
5. If the customer is happy with the final product and approve for the dress to be shipped, shipping will happen within 24 hours of approval.
6. Since the photos of the product have been supplied before shipping, we will not be responsible if the customer does not like the real colour of the dress. If there is other issue like fittings, please look into our Return and Refund Policy.
